The Foodie Menu digital recipe and cooking platform is a collaborative space to find and share information about recipes and that provides features to help users manage ingredients and cooking, through The Foodie website (the Site). These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of any information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials appearing on the Site. Your access to and use of the Site is expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. Other features, services or tools of the Site may also be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted with those features and are a part of these Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS PROVISION WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO USE JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE, AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ANY AND ALL USE OF, THE SITE.

The Site may change from time to time without prior notice to you and we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Site (or any features within the Site) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice.

Foodie may provide Content, including recipes, that are geared towards individuals following certain diets or that may have certain medical conditions. These are provided for informational and convenience purposes only, and are not intended to be (and do not constitute) dietary, nutritional, medical, or food safety advice or recommendations.
