  • Cut your water spinach stems into roughly 1 inch and a half slices and rinse thoroughly.
    • 1 bunch water spinach, sliced (280 g)
  • This recipe calls for two types of garlic: smashed and minced. Smash bigger cloves of garlic and mince tinier cloves.

  • Salt water in a pot and wait for it to come to a boil.

        • 1 tsp msg (4 g)
        • 1 tbsp seasoning sauce (15 g)
        • 1/2 tsp sesame oil (5 g)
        • 1 tsp sugar, granulated (4 g)
