- Combine chopped strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add more honey if you prefer less tangy taste. Combine thoroughly.
- 1 cup strawberry, chopped (150 g)
- 1 cup yogurt (245 g)
- 1 tbsp honey (21 g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (4 g)
- Add scoops of the yogurt mixture to a parchment paper lined baking sheet or large plate to form the clusters. One serving should be able to make about 10 clusters.
- 1 cup yogurt (245 g)
- Place the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters in the freezer. Freeze until they are completely frozen and solid, about 1-2 hours.
- Once the clusters are frozen, melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15 or 30-second intervals, stirring in between each one, until the chocolate is melted.
- 1 cup chocolate chip (170 g)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (28 g)(refined)
- Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and carefully dip each one into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to ensure each cluster is thoroughly coated. Once coated with chocolate, place each cluster back on the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, add a sprinkle of sea salt.
- 1 cup chocolate chip (170 g)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (28 g)(refined)
- Place the clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes to ensure the chocolate hardens and the yogurt solidifies.
