
Steel Pan Pizza

- Oil the steel pan with olive oil. Use a paper towel to spread the oil around.

- Take the pizza dough you made and put it in the pan and let it rise for about an hour. Use the tips of your fingers to press it in after about 45 minutes. You'll know it's ready when it holds its place.

- Take some freshly cut mozzarella cheese and spread it around the pizza. Add parmesan cheese and pepperoni.

- Bake on convection at 450 degrees on the bottom rack for about 10 minutes until it's brown on the bottom.
- After 10 minutes transfer the pizza to the top rack and broil for 3-5 minutes depending on how crispy you want it to be.
- Let the pizza cool for about 5 minutes before cutting into it.
