  • Wash rice and add 1:1 ratio of rice to water in the rice cooker.
    • 2 cup rice (360 g)
  • In a bowl mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic cloves (grated), and ginger (grated). Mix well.
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce (54 g)
    • 1 tsp dark soy sauce (6 g)
    • 1 tsp sesame oil (4 g)
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (14 g)
    • 2 tbsp sugar (24 g)
    • 3 clove garlic, grated (12 g)
    • 1/2 in ginger, grated (10 g)
  • Add the vegetables, protein, and sauce on top of the rice in the rice cooker.
    • 4 in carrot, diced (100 g)
    • 5 shiitake mushrooms, chopped (50 g)
    • 4 chinese sausages, sliced (200 g)
    • 1/2 cup corn (82 g)

  • Start your rice cooker. (If your rice cooker has different modes, use the cook setting that corresponds to the rice you used, e.g. if you used white rice, use the white rice setting)
    • After the rice is done cooking, open the lid and garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
