  • Boil noodles according to package instructions. If desired, save some noodle water to use as water for your sauce.
    • 1 pack noodles (230 g)
  • For the sauce, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, sriracha, and some water in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
    • 1/3 cup peanut butter (100 g)
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce (30 g)
    • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar (5 g)
    • 1 tsp sesame oil (5 g)
    • 2 tbsp honey (42 g)
    • 1 tsp sriracha (6 g)
    • 1/4 cup water (64 g)
  • Mince garlic. Toss in a pan with some oil and cook until translucent. Mix in the sauce and cook until slightly thickened.

  • Throw in your noodles, mixing until well combined.
    • Place noodles in a bowl and optionally garnish with chili flakes, sesame seeds, and/or green onions.
