One Pot Goulash Pasta

One Pot Tomato Beef (Goulash) Pasta

This is a simple one pot dish inspired by the hearty Hungarian meat stew called Goulash. It's classic New England comfort food that is sometimes referred to as "American chop suey". and is quite similar to spaghetti bolognese. In other words, it's a pasta coated with a savory and meaty tomato sauce! The best thing about this recipe is that you can make this all in one pot with minimal cleanup.
