  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
    • 3/4 cup pasta (150 g)
      (bowtie or any pasta of choice)
  • Add the ground meat to a pan on medium-high heat.
    • 0.50 lb ground beef (225 g)
  • Break apart the ground beef and then add curry powder (to help neutralize the meat flavor), along with pepper, onion powder, sweet paprika and salt.
    • 1/4 tsp salt (1.50 g)
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper, fresh ground (1.50 g)
    • 1/4 tsp curry powder (1 g)
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder (1.50 g)
    • 1/4 tsp sweet paprika (1.50 g)
  • Add your diced onion. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes or until the meat and onions start to brown, breaking up any large chunks.
    • 1/2 yellow onion, diced (160 g)
  • For the yogurt sauce, mix salt and minced garlic into the greek yogurt.
    • 1/4 tsp salt (1.50 g)
    • 2 clove garlic, minced (6 g)
    • 1 cup greek yogurt (260 g)
  • For the paprika butter sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in the sweet paprika powder.
    • 6 tbsp butter (84 g)
    • 1 tsp sweet paprika (3 g)
  • To serve, add the pasta to a plate and top with yogurt sauce, then add the meat, and sprinkle with paprika butter.
    • Sprinkle on some fresh cherry tomatoes and parsley.
