  • Mix olive oil, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to a bowl and mix well. Set aside half to make the compound butter sauce later.

  • Mix the cubed boneless chicken thighs with the lemon pepper sauce.
