Lemon Pepper Chicken Skewers

• Step 1

  Mix olive oil, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to a bowl and mix well. Set aside half to make the compound butter sauce later.

  • 1 lb chicken thigh, cubed (454 g)

  • 4 tbsp olive oil (54 g)
  • 2 tsp lemon zest (4 g)
  • 8 garlics, minced (24 g)
  • ½ tsp salt (3 g)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (1 g)
  • 2 tbsp onion powder (12 g)
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder (12 g)
  • 2 tsp paprika (4 g)
• Step 2

  Mix the cubed boneless chicken thighs with the lemon pepper sauce.

  Stick the chicken pieces onto skewers.

  Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes.

  Flip the skewers over and cook for another 10 minutes.

  Mix partially melted butter with the rest of the lemon pepper sauce we set aside

  • 3 tbsp butter, partially melted (42 g)

  Spread the butter sauce on the skewers while the chicken is still hot out of the air fryer.
