- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a large rimmed baking sheet in the center rack.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets (800 g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil (45 g)
- 3 clove garlic, roughly chopped (9 g)
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika (4.50 g)
- 3/4 tsp salt (4.50 g)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (2 g)
- Carefully empty the seasoned cauliflower onto the preheated baking sheet, spreading it in an even layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure optimal browning.
- Bake for 25 minutes, tossing once halfway through after 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan, and return to the oven for 2 additional minutes.
