  • Cook your noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.
    • 1 lb noodles (454 g)
  • In a pan or wok, heat up some oil and butter. When your butter melts, add in minced garlic.
    • 2 stalk green onion, chopped (20 g)
    • 4 tbsp butter (57 g)
    • 4 tbsp garlic, minced (30 g)
  • Once garlic is fragrant, add brown sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, chicken bouillon and black pepper.
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar (25 g)
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (36 g)
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce (18 g)
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce (7.50 g)
    • 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon (2.50 g)
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper (1.50 g)
  • Once your sauce starts to bubble, add your noodles and combine well. Optionally add a drizzle of dark soy sauce for some color.

    • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, for color (15 g)

  • Top it off with some parmesan cheese and chopped green onion.
    • 1/4 cup parmesan, for garnish (25 g)
    • 2 stalk green onion, chopped (20 g)
