  • Melt butter in a stainless steel pan on low heat.
    • 1 stick butter, melted (113 g)

  • Add paprika, cayenne, chili flakes, crushed garlic, dijon mustard, chives, parsley, and the zest and juice of one lemon. Whisk well to combine.
    • 2 tsp paprika (4.68 g)
    • 1/2 tsp cayenne (1.42 g)
    • 1 tsp chili flakes (2.30 g)
    • 2 clove garlic (6 g)

    • 1 tbsp dijon mustard (15 g)

  • Remove from heat and set aside at room temperature until ready to serve.
    • Slice steak into large bite sized pieces.

    • Season heavily with salt and pepper then sear on all sides in a stainless steel pan.

    • Remove the meat from the pan and coat with your butter.
