  • Heat up a pan and add neutral oil.

  • Add feta cheese into the hot pan.
    • 1 handful feta (100 g)
  • After the feta has slightly melted, add the egg.

  • Drizzle chili oil on top of the egg.

  • While the egg cooks, heat up the tortillas in another pan for about one minute on each side.
