- Prepare your instant coffee by placing the instant coffee mix into a cup. Pour in hot water, and brown sugar, then use an electric frother to stir until fully combined and creamy. If you do not have an electric frother, simply stir with a spoon.
- 2 tbsp water (30 g)
- 1 tbsp instant coffee (4 g)
- 1 tsp brown sugar (4 g)(or your preferred sweetener)
- Add ice to the cup, then pour in the milk.
- 1/4 cup ice (60 g)
- 1/2 cup milk (120 g)(or your preferred milk)
- Pour the eggnog into a separate glass or cup. Then, use an electric frother to whisk it until it thickens to a creamy, frothy consistency.
- 2 tbsp eggnog (30 g)
- Pour the whipped eggnog over the coffee, then dust it with a pinch of nutmeg. Serve and enjoy!
