  • Start with a base layer of shredded lettuce, then add your meats, cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers and red onions in a pile.
    • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded (25 g)
    • 1 1/2 slice pepperoni (15 g)
    • 1 1/2 slice salami (15 g)
    • 1 1/2 slice ham (15 g)
    • 1 1/2 slice tomato (30 g)
    • 1 1/2 slice provolone (30 g)
    • 1 tbsp banana pepper, sliced (15 g)
    • 1 tbsp onion, red, thinly sliced (10 g)
  • Chop up everything together, making sure it’s well mixed together.
    • Next add mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.

      • 3/4 tbsp olive oil (10 g)
      • 3/4 tbsp red wine vinegar (10 g)
      • salt, to taste (0.50 g)
      • black pepper, to taste (0.50 g)
      • 1/4 tbsp italian seasoning (1 g)
    • Chop one more time to incorporate.
      • Scoop a pile of the chopped italian ingredients onto a hoagie roll and serve.
