- Wash the baby bok choy and peel off outer leaves until the stem and the closest leaves remain. Slice the stems in half with a knife and then drain excess moisture. Set the vegetables aside in a large bowl.
- 1.50 lb baby bok choy, washed, outer leaves removed (680 g)
- Chop the cloves of garlic and set aside.
- 10 clove garlic, chopped (30 g)
- Heat the neutral oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
