- Mix gochugaru, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and kimchi to make seasoning.
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (16 g)
- 1 tsp soy sauce (5 g)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (15 g)(optional)
- 2 tbsp sugar (25 g)
- 1 tsp garlic, minced (3 g)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (28 g)
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped (100 g)
- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Add chives, pepper, and seasonings. Add vinegar, and mix.

- 1 cheongyang pepper, thinly sliced (30 g)(optional) (korean chili pepper)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (15 g)
- Place noodles in a bowl and put chives, pepper, and cucumber on top.

- 2 tbsp chives, chopped (10 g)(optional)
- 1 cheongyang pepper, thinly sliced (30 g)(optional) (korean chili pepper)
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned (100 g)(optional)
- Lastly, put some sesame oil.
