  • Mix gochugaru, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and kimchi to make seasoning.
    • 2 tbsp gochugaru (16 g)
    • 1 tsp soy sauce (5 g)
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce (15 g)

    • 2 tbsp sugar (25 g)
    • 1 tsp garlic, minced (3 g)
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil (28 g)
    • 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped (100 g)
  • Boil noodles according to package instructions. Add chives, pepper, and seasonings. Add vinegar, and mix.

    • 2 tbsp chives, chopped (10 g)

    • 1 cheongyang pepper, thinly sliced (30 g)
      (optional) (korean chili pepper)
    • 1 tbsp vinegar (15 g)
  • Place noodles in a bowl and put chives, pepper, and cucumber on top.
    • 1 pack noodles (100 g)
    • 2 tbsp chives, chopped (10 g)
      (optional)
    • 1 cheongyang pepper, thinly sliced (30 g)
      (optional) (korean chili pepper)
    • 1/2 cucumber, julienned (100 g)
      (optional)
  • Lastly, put some sesame oil.
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil (28 g)
