  • Cube your salmon into 1 inch squares.
    • 2 cup salmon, cubed (454 g)
  • Season salmon with a little olive oil and seasonings of your choice.
    • 2 tbsp olive oil (27 g)
    • 1 tsp salt (6 g)
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper (1 g)
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (1 g)
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder (1 g)
    • 1/2 tsp paprika (1 g)
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne (0.50 g)
  • Place salmon cubes evenly in air fryer and fry at 390F for 8-10 minutes.

  • While your salmon is cooking you can make your sauce. In a pot, melt butter, garlic, heavy cream, lemon juice, and parsley.
    • 1/2 stick butter (57 g)
    • 2 tbsp garlic (18 g)
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream (120 g)
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 g)
    • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (3 g)
  • Once your salmon is cooked, drizzle with your butter cream sauce.
