- Take a slice of sandwich bread and spread butter evenly on one side.
- 4 slice bread (120 g)(sourdough, white, whole wheat, etc)
- 2 tbsp butter (28 g)
- 4 slice bread (120 g)
- Place the bread buttered side down in the air fryer basket.
- 4 slice bread (120 g)(sourdough, white, whole wheat, etc)
- 4 slice bread (120 g)
- Layer slices of your chosen cheese on top of the bread in the air fryer.
- 4 slice cheese (56 g)(cheddar, american, gouda, havarti, or provolone)
- 4 slice cheese (56 g)
- Place another slice of bread on top of the cheese, then spread butter on the top side of this second slice.
- 4 slice bread (120 g)(sourdough, white, whole wheat, etc)
- 2 tbsp butter (28 g)
- 4 slice bread (120 g)
- Set the air fryer to 400F (204C) and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, carefully flip the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, or until the bread is toasted to your liking and the cheese is melted.
