  • Preheat the air fryer or oven to 390F (200C).
    • In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
      • 1.50 lb potato, diced into quarters (675 g)
      • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (12 g)
      • 1/2 tsp salt (3 g)
      • 1/4 tsp black pepper (0.50 g)
    • In another mixing bowl, toss the cubed steak with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until the steak is evenly coated and well combined.
      • 1.50 lb sirloin steak, cubed (675 g)
(or your preferred cut of beef)
      • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (12 g)
      • 1 tsp oregano, dried (1.80 g)
      • 1 tsp salt (6 g)
      • 1/2 tsp black pepper (1 g)
    • Once the air fryer is preheated, line the basket with parchment paper and place the seasoned potatoes inside, along with butter, garlic, and rosemary. Air fry for 15 minutes, and at the 10-minute mark, give the potatoes a shake to ensure even browning.
      • 7 tbsp butter, cubed (100 g)
        (unsalted)
      • 4 clove garlic, whole (12 g)
      • 3 twig rosemary, fresh (9 g)
    • Add the sirloin steak to the air fryer basket with the potatoes and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
      • To serve, top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
        • 1 tsp parsley, freshly chopped (3 g)
          (or dried oregano)
