- Preheat oven or air fryer to 360F (180C).
- Place the slices of bread into the air fryer, then gently press the center of each slice with a spoon to form a small indentation. This will help keep the eggs in place without spilling.
- 2 slice bread (60 g)(sourdough, white, whole wheat, etc)

- Crack an egg into the center of each slice of bread, and then encircle each egg with slices of bacon.
- 2 whole egg (100 g)
- 4 slice bacon (60 g)
- Sprinkle the egg with salt and pepper to taste.

- Air fry at 360F (180C) for 12 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
