  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 360F (180C).
    • Place the slices of bread into the air fryer, then gently press the center of each slice with a spoon to form a small indentation. This will help keep the eggs in place without spilling.
      • 2 slice bread (60 g)
        (sourdough, white, whole wheat, etc)
    • Crack an egg into the center of each slice of bread, and then encircle each egg with slices of bacon.
      • 2 whole egg (100 g)
      • 4 slice bacon (60 g)
    • Sprinkle the egg with salt and pepper to taste.
      • 1/2 tsp salt (3 g)
        (to taste)
    • Air fry at 360F (180C) for 12 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
